Founders

All our founders believe in talking directly to our clients to ensure maximum clarity and accountability.

Carlo Belli, Creative Partner
Carlo was Williams F1’s creative leader for five seasons, designing all brand touch points from sales and commercial materials to the Formula 1 car’s livery. In a world where brand value is measured in millions, Carlo saw to it that Williams and its clients were always perfectly presented. He specialises in 3D design, brand identity, digital and design for print.

Joe Swallow, Creative Partner
Joe oversees delivery on all client projects. His extensive experience working with brands of all sizes from global corporates to rapidly growing start-ups gives Joe a uncompromising yet calm approach. Clients include Mercedes F1, Formula E, BBC, Deutsche Bank, Julius Baer, Skoda and Volkswagen. He recently led the project to create the WSX, World Supercross Championship brand as well as the revolutionary women’s racing brand WSeries.

Scott Garrett, Managing Partner
Scott has worked in five continents and more than 30 countries adding value to major brands as communicator, strategist and commercial leader. Former employers include Saatchi & Saatchi, NIKE, Heinz and Williams F1. He blends international leadership, a deep understanding of the value of strong brands, a passionate belief in the power of teamwork and an ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
